Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with iDefNet VPN for any reason, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 30 days of the purchase date. This applies to all plans (weekly, monthly and annual) purchased on our website.
2. How to request a refund
- Email support@idefnetvpn.com from the address associated with your account.
- Include the word "Refund" in the subject line and, if possible, your order or transaction ID (you can find it in your purchase confirmation email).
- We will confirm your request within 2 business days and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, the money may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
3. Renewal payments
Subscription renewals are announced in advance: we display the renewal price at purchase and send a reminder email before each annual renewal. If you missed a renewal charge, contact us within 7 days of the charge — we handle such cases individually and in good faith, and in most cases can refund an unused renewal.
4. Purchases through the App Store
Payments made through the Apple App Store (in-app purchases) are processed by Apple, and refunds for those purchases can only be issued by Apple under its policies. To request one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
5. How to cancel your subscription
Cancelling stops all future charges. Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Website purchases: sign in to your account dashboard and click "Cancel subscription", or email support@idefnetvpn.com and we will cancel it for you within one business day.
- App Store purchases: on your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → iDefNet VPN → Cancel Subscription.
To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
6. Exceptions
- Refunds beyond the 30-day window are granted at our discretion.
- We may refuse a refund where we detect abuse of the guarantee (for example repeated purchase-and-refund cycles) or fraud.
- Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
