Seller and billing. Website subscriptions are sold by AppVisia LTD, which acts as the merchant of record for purchases completed on idefnetvpn.com. AppVisia LTD is responsible for website billing, subscription management, cancellations, refunds and payment disputes. The iDefNet VPN iOS application is published by UP IN THE AIR LTD. Purchases made directly through the Apple App Store are billed and managed separately by Apple.
Digital delivery. Access begins immediately after successful payment. We will send a confirmation email containing your subscription details and account instructions. Download the iDefNet VPN app from the Apple App Store and sign in using the account associated with your website purchase. If you do not receive access after payment, contact support@idefnetvpn.com.
Billing terms. All website plans renew automatically until cancelled. The amount charged today, the renewal amount and the billing interval are displayed before purchase and again in Stripe Checkout. You may cancel at any time before your next renewal through the subscription management portal or by contacting support@idefnetvpn.com; cancellation prevents future charges, and access normally remains available until the end of the period already paid for. Prices are displayed in USD; applicable taxes may be calculated and added at checkout where required. How does billing work?

When you subscribe, you are charged for the full billing period up front (12 months, 1 month or 1 week depending on the plan). Introductory prices apply to the first billing period only; after that the subscription renews automatically at the regular price shown next to each plan ($171.99/year, $11.99/month or $6.99/week), unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Sign in to your account dashboard and click “Cancel subscription”, or email support@idefnetvpn.com. If you purchased through the App Store, cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. After cancelling, no further charges are made and the service works until the end of the paid period.

What is the money-back guarantee?

If iDefNet VPN is not right for you, request a refund within 30 days of your initial website purchase and AppVisia LTD will refund all website subscription charges made during that 30-day period. App Store purchases are subject to Apple's refund process. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Does iDefNet VPN keep logs of my activity?

We do not create records of the websites you visit, the content you transmit or the DNS requests you make through the VPN. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what we do and don't collect.

Will the VPN slow down my connection?

Any VPN adds some overhead, but smart auto-selection connects you to the best-performing server and keeps the difference small for most users.

How many devices can I use?
